To begin with a brief introduction about the history of our firm,JPMorgan Chase & Co. is one of the oldest, largest and best-known financial institutions in the world. The firm's legacy dates back to 1799 when its earliest predecessor was chartered in New York City.

Next,Jamie Dimon became Chairman of the Board on December 31, 2006, and has been Chief Executive Officer and President since December 31, 2005. He was President and Chief Operating Officer following JPMorgan Chase’s merger with Bank One Corporation in July 2004. At Bank One he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from March 2000 to July 2004.All deeds Indicate that Mr. Dimon is an outstanding leader.

In addition,focusing on revenue and profit,Our company earned a record $24.4 billion in net income on revenue of $96.6 billion in 2015 and ranked sixty-first in the top 500 in the world . In fact, we have delivered record results in the last five out of six years, and we hope to continue to deliver in the future. Our financial results reflected strong underlying performance across our businesses, and, importantly, we exceeded all our major financial commitments .(图)

Part 3:Comparison and Analysis with Competitors

The chart shows that JP Morgan's operating profit in 2015 was much higher than that of other banks.

Virtually all of our businesses are close to best in class, in overhead ratios and, more important, in return on equity (ROE), as shown on the chart . Of even more relevance, we have these strong ratios while making sizable investments for the future . It is easy to meet short-term targets by skimping on investments for the future, but that is not our approach for building the business for the long term.

We are deeply aware that our clients choose who they want to do business with each and every day, and we are gratified that we continue to earn our clients’ business and their trust.
